QUOTE-READY STARTING POINT
ONE STRUCTURE · THREE SURFACES
A low-glare black finish for bold labels, compact retail lines, and a modern specialty-roaster presentation.
A soft white surface that keeps color labels legible and gives light or minimalist coffee brands a clean base.
A natural kraft-paper appearance for traditional roaster, farmers-market, and ingredient-led label systems.
BEFORE BULK PRODUCTION
Test the actual bean or ground-coffee density, required headspace, top heat seal, fold depth, and tin-tie reclosure.
State the full layer structure, thicknesses, sealant, OTR/WVTR test conditions, valve option, and intended shelf-life evidence.
Sign the factory dieline, color or kraft reference, label position, carton quantity, carton size, gross weight, and production sample.

The dimensions are a practical starting point, not a universal capacity guarantee. Bean density, roast level, grind, required headspace, valve position, and the fold-down closure all affect usable fill. Approve a filled sample with your actual coffee before production.
GP-SG-454-QS-TT uses a side-gusset profile with reinforced corner seals, so we describe it as a quad-seal side-gusset pouch. The final factory drawing should confirm every seam, seal width, fold, and measuring convention.
A valve is optional and project-specific. Confirm the coffee release schedule, valve model, valve position, headspace, barrier structure, and heat-sealing process together before ordering.
Yes. The matte black, matte white, and kraft-look surfaces can be evaluated for pressure-sensitive labels. Label stock, adhesive, size, position, application temperature, rub resistance, and filled-bag appearance should be tested as one system.
That workflow may be suitable, but the open-top allowance, seal zone, tin-tie position, fold depth, and packing equipment must be confirmed on the production sample and final dieline.
